Lone Pine

Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary Tour

Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary was opened in 1927 by Queenslander, Claude Reid. We initially opened with just two koalas, Jack and Jill, at a time when wild koalas were being culled for the fur trade. It was quickly recognised by Claude that something had to be done to help protect one of Australia’s most iconic species. Visit the website for more information.

Tickets are available for purchase through the registration form and include;

  • Return transfers from the Conference venue to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary
  • Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary access
  • Touch a Koala experience, where you can interact with one of their furry friends and snap that perfect selfie

Adults - $75
Children (3-13 yrs) - $60
