All fees are quoted in Australian dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). For your convenience we have included the approximate USD and EURO conversions, however for accurate live currency conversions please use the following convertor.

Early Bird Fees
In order to receive the early bird registration fee, registrants must register and pay in full 31 March 2023. If payment is not received by this date then registrations will be automatically transferred to the Standard Registration fee. The standard rates are up to 30% higher than the above advertised early bird rates.
To be eligible for Member Registration rates, registrants must be a member of ISCA and be able to provide their membership number. To become an ISCA Member, visit the website here.
To be eligible for Student Registration rates, registrants must be enrolled students undertaking full-time study, and be able to provide evidence of their status if requested to do so.
Low, Middle Income Country Registration
To be eligible for the Low, Middle Income Country rate, your country must be listed here.
Day Only Registration
At the time of registration registrants will be asked to select the day that they wish to attend and receive access for the sessions on this day of the Conference only.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation of Registration Deadline: 28 April 2023
Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations made by 28 April 2023 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs.

The Conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Organising Committee and the Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee and the Conference Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
